Weird, weird show...
The Miwall line was an hour long for $700 cardboard cases of .223 Wolf.
There was another small local UT operation on the other wall selling Hornady FMJ .223 with Lake City brass for about $760 per 1000k in .50 cal cans and people were snubbing them. I think there are just a lot of new shooters that want 1000 of anything at the cheapest price possible.
I thought it was a pretty damn good deal considering the times (based on other shows) , so I picked up 2k of the Hornady loads, I'm done with rifle ammo shopping for the rest of the year and I don't have to worry about running crappy ammo.
I saw maybe a dozen boxes of .22lr from $60 to $95 a box of 525. By Saturday afternoon only that $95 box was left unsold.
