Surefire makes a really nice set of ear pro. It's issued to the military. Fits nicely inside your ear and comfy too. It's also got a plug on them that you can open up so you don't have to take them out of your ear to hear people.

When I'm not using the ear plugs, I use Howard Leight Impact Sport Electronic Muffs. I like them a lot and they're only $44.
