Slip Stream
« on: April 01, 2012, 05:00:33 PM »
Hi J. Just recieved my order, and I have to say this stuff is Awesome. Thank you.
I will be reccomending it.

I am a local boy, Ogden, and have been developing a highly improved version of the BMF activator. However, I have been running into some strange issues with my test rifle. I am a design engineer, but not a gunsmith. Wondering if you would be willing to help me out with this?

Scott.

I got a cool email from one of our out of state dealers. Had to share it. It's that cool.

Joe,

I had to send you this testimony ASAP.  A customer came in just browsing the shop and noticed we carried Slipstream.  He promptly wanted the grease/lube combo, but not for what you would think.

The customer works at Pocasangre Abbott Labs and works with centrifuges all day.  He stated he was using the manufacturer-recommended grease for his centrifuges, but it was breaking down after just a few days of usage.  He then proceeded to tell me that he tried Slipstream grease and after three weeks of continuous use, it still hadn't broken down!  The only reason he didn't test it for a fourth week, he said, was because he was going on vacation and didn't want to take the chance that something would happen.  He was very happy with the performance Slipstream was providing him with his machinery and happily told me it was fine for me to relay his experience back to you.

So there you go, another non-weapon use for Slipstream.

We've seen this stuff do amazing things... Lube Bomb Robots, fix trucks, and all sorts of stuff.
But in a centrifuge... That's amazing. That's a tough test of any lubricant... And obviously some can't hack it.

Do you think it will break up the rust holding my bike rack in my car receiver hitch? Or should I have just used it in the first place to prevent the problem?  Can I pick it up any where in Utah County?

It's a lubricant so I don't know if it will break up rust.  You can pick it up directly from crusader by ordering on their website or on amazon.

I don't see it doing a lot of good on your hitch. For breaking up the rust you want something like a penetrating oil. Kroil oil, WD40, or something that displaces water. Add a wire brush to that and it should breaking up tough rust. Now to keep it from rusting and lubricate the hitch...Styx, all the way.

I don't know of any in Utah county.  You can order direct and he will mail it to you.  I think he might have a free shipping thing going in right now.
